The fall of 2017 was an unforgettable experience. I had the privilege of joining a small group of exceptionally talented photographers on a journey through southwest Colorado to capture the region’s stunning fall colors. That trip not only sparked lasting friendships but also inspired future adventures. This image was among the first I captured during my journey from Denver to Crested Butte, through Kebler Pass, Ouray, Silverton, and the Great Sand Dunes National Park. There’s truly nothing like the vibrant beauty of Colorado in autumn.
